We are a boutique firm located at 57 Martin Street in Milton, Ontario. Our practice is focused in Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Litigation, as well as Corporate Law. We provide a comfortable office environment for both our clients and our staff. Our space is intentionally designed so that you feel at home, rather than intimidated having to meet with a lawyer.
Some things you should know about our firm is that we are mostly a paperless firm (where we can be). This is important, not only for environmental issues, but document protection as well. All our files are saved to an offsite server, so that should a catastrophic event happen, we would still have access to address your needs. If your Estate Planning documents are stored in our Wills Vault, they are protected from flood, fire and pestilence.
Unlike other law firms, we offer home/hospital consultations for our clients that have mobility or health issues. Our offices also offer free limited onsite parking, and ample municipal parking in the lot located at Martin Street and Mill Street, just south of the Mill Pond. We have a main floor meeting room as well as washroom facilities.
Our openness to embracing new technology is a benefit to our clients. We are able to send documents using electronic signatures. We have a payment portal available for clients to provide funds towards their retainer and/or pay their account without having to contact us to take their credit card information. We have also implemented an online calendaring system to avoid the back and forth that typically happens when you are trying to co-ordinate your busy schedule with our office.
We should also let you know that even though we have embraced technology and are constantly striving to delivery a better product to our clients, we are still here to deliver our services in a warm and friendly manner. Technology doesn’t equal a lack of warmth, it just helps the process to be as efficient as it can possibly be.
