Yeliz is a skilled litigator based in Toronto, Ontario, with a focus on wills and estates litigation as an Associate Lawyer at Peffers Law. Under the supervision of Ms. Peffers, Yeliz has been happily assisting clients navigating complex litigation processes for matters pertaining to will challenges, estate trustee litigation, guardianship litigation, and more.

Yeliz is fully trilingual in French, Turkish and English. Having completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa – French Common Law, Yeliz has the rare ability to represent clients in both official languages. Her linguistic diversity is accompanied by an ability to connect and empathize with clients from various ethnic and social backgrounds.

Prior to working at Peffers Law, Yeliz represented institutional, individual, public, and private clients in areas of the law that are adjacent to wills and estate litigation. These areas include public law litigation, real estate litigation, and business litigation. Her experience enables Yeliz to analyze and simplify multi-faceted legal problems, at just about all stages of the litigation process.

In her spare time, Yeliz enjoys taking care of her health and wellbeing by working out under red lights, learning new recipes to cook nutritional meals, and spending time with her loved ones.
