Jason’s practice includes trust disputes, will and power of attorney challenges, capacity matters, and guardianship applications. He also works on a range of commercial litigation matters, including injunctions, oppression claims, and breach‑of‑contract disputes. Jason appears regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and, in 2024, reached an early career milestone by representing a client before the Supreme Court of Canada.

Known for his attention to detail and collaborative approach, Jason values mediation and negotiation as effective tools for resolving disputes while keeping clients’ goals at the forefront.

Outside of the office, Jason enjoys running, performing improv, and diving into science fiction—whether through books, film, or meeting his favourite authors at signings.
